This website athensbiennale.org (hereinafter “Website”) is owned by the non-profit company under the name as well as distinctive title “Athens Biennial”, with registered seat in Athens, Greece (hereinafter “the Company”).

The management and protection of the personal data of the Website user is subject to the terms of the present and to the relevant provisions of the Greek legislation (Law 2472/1997), the decisions of the Data Protection Authority and European Law Directive (Directive 2002/58 / EC and Reg. GDPR 679/2016).

The Company keeps its privacy policy under review, ensuring that the relevant Privacy Policy is always included in the Website so as the user remains fully informed.
